Hope you guys remember, few days back I sent an invitation to everybody to attend "The Grand Unveil Seminar of Adobe CS4" which has been organized at ITC Kakatiya (Hyderabad), frankly I would like to say this was really awesome enough, Adobe really makes life's easier. Yesterday I woke up at 6:00am and was waiting for the time to run faster as "Adobe Seminar" is going to begin. It was 9:00 am when I started in my car and had a drive all the way to "Grand Unveil Adobe Seminar" while! on the way I picked up some of my friends and we were at ITC Kakatiya sharply at 9:30 am (I am lucky that Seminar hall is not far away from my house).

The great expert from Adobe and the "Platform Evangelist Lee Brimelow shows you how to start an AIR application in Flash CS3. He also shows how to take an existing Flash project and turn it into an AIR application". Guys! this is awesome enough, you can learn how to implement the things with Adobe AIR and Flash CS3, not only that we can also learn on converting existing Flash Project to an AIR application.

As you guys already know about the Adobe AIR, this AIR is like an Oxygen to the companies now a days. We can make use of XML as a simple database to store data and retrieve data. In this tutorial, you guys can learn how we can read XML data using XMLHttpRequest (Adobe AIR Application). Here is my sample XML data (empDetails.xml), I have created one root node called<employee> , in that I have created a node called <emp> and it has got one attribute called "id" and has got several child nodes like <name>, <designation>, <phone>. Now we have read these nodes using XMLHttpRequest and we need to display the same.
